Turnaround Interim Managers (T-IM) Network

T-IM is a network of professionals who we can call on at a moment's notice to come in and work alongside the owners and managers of businesses. The first rate management skills that they bring can create space so that the current managers can stop “fire fighting” and refocus on delivering results. 

Our T-IM members have diverse skill sets ranging across financial, sales and marketing, production and so on as well as general management and leadership skills. They have generally been there, done that and turned businesses around before. As well as matching skills, we look to match personalities to get the right person for the specific challenge.

We will assess the situation first and then, if appropriate, suggest a shortlist of T-IM candidates. The T-IMs will then go into the business at no initial cost, set out their findings and explain how they could help. It's your choice whether to instruct them directly. We do not seek an introduction fee ourselves but rather see T-IM as another tool in our business rescue kit when we assess whether a business rescue is possible.
