We, like most Insolvency Practitioners, are members of R3 – the Association of Business Recovery Professionals – our own trade organisation. The website offers basic insolvency information, including procedural pamphlets available to download, as well as details of how to make a complaint. R3 deal with personal as well as business insolvency.
