Our banking specialist joined the firm as an associate after a successful career in corporate, insolvency and turnaround banking in East Anglia, so he understands how the whole system works.
No matter how strong your relationship appears to be, banks have their own policies, goals and objectives which may not match your own. That said, all bankers have one thing in common – “they don’t like surprises”.
So how should you or your clients approach their bank when financial difficulties are encountered? There is no single answer but he will probably know what it is, following an assessment of your particular circumstances.
